My Story
I was born and raised in Moscow, surrounded by museums and galleries. As long as I remember we been going to all types of art cultural events, shows and galleries.
I always liked doing arts and crafts since a little child. Likely for me my mom put me in all kind of classes including sculpture, pottery, sewing and painting.
After I completed 5 years of art school, I decided to pursue business management and graduated University in 2009 with Masters degree.
3 days after my graduation most exciting part of my life began and I followed my dream to work for passion of that time - teaching kitesurfing and came to Miami, USA. (that is another story! ) And just 2 years later settled in best place on the planet Maui.
So many exciting and life changing events, travels, meeting new people and challenges of starting life over, immigration and immersing into new culture kept me busy from creating.
I have to say thank you to my husband for igniting desire to create again in me. It happened in famous 2020 when he gave me an easel and paint for my birthday. Guess what a month later Covid hit and got pregnant at the same time, in any situation you can make best of it! All the sudden there was a lot of free time on my hands.
I made all paintings to decorate our place. Start getting commissions from my friends and than people from internet. Surrealism and Impressionism were always my favorite styles growing up. One day I came across of Fluid Art and an Epoxy Resin and got obsessed and addicted to it!
Creating with friends is always more fun and that particular style can be done by anyone without experience.
I combined both of my favorite things and Art Parties were born. I’m extremely social, so teaching art classes and sharing any tips and tricks I know been giving me biggest joy and fulfillment in life!

YuliaMauiArt is a creative, fun art space based in heart of Maui, HI. At our art parties everyone end up making masterpiece to be proud to display no matter of artistic abilities. We share tips and secrets in the masterclass that will help to unleash your creative genius. Group, private and corporate lessons are available to provide art therapy, meditation and imagination. In our Kahului studio you can learn how to create using Epoxy Resin, Fluid Acrylics and other mediums.
We are also available to come to your space to create an art activity at your party or team building event.
Our Mission
At Yulia Maui Art creativity is inspired by natural beauty of Maui, turquoise ocean of Pacific and all beautiful marine creatures. We believe in each person unique talent and no limitation to an imagination. Even if you think you don’t have any artistic ability with few tips and secrets you will make a masterpiece that can be proudly showcased in your house or gifted to loved one. By keeping groups small size, we able to give each student personal attention, answer questions and help to get results. My goal is for you to have fun, get some art therapy time, meet new interesting creative people and hopefully to pick up on new hobby. I’m happy to share all secrets, ingredients that make HUGE difference in the process as I already made all mistakes learning resin and fluid art, so you don’t have too! Your success is our success.
Future Goals
Yulia Maui Art Studio is continually growing and improving so that we can serve our community to the best of our ability. We will be hosting free monthly class for the Keiki with different theme each month.
We are open to art events of any form for the island to enjoy. Please feel free to email us with your ideas.
We will continue to build relationships in our community and increase our participation in local and regional art projects. We will provide our students with as many opportunities to showcase their artistry as we can and look forward to interacting with our community through these events.
We already had few pieces showcased and sold in local art gallery exhibition.
